Our approach
We aim to make the public website usable across devices and input methods. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA guide ongoing work, but this statement is not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant at all times.
Display controls
The accessibility control in the footer can increase text size, raise contrast, underline links, enlarge the pointer, adjust spacing, and reduce motion. These options support individual preferences but do not replace accessible site design.
Ongoing checks
We review semantic headings, alt text, keyboard access, focus visibility, responsive layout, and reduced-motion behavior when the website changes. Some third-party services, including phone and payment systems, are governed by their own accessibility practices.
Report a barrier
If information is difficult to access, use the communication option on the public Contact Us page and describe the page, device, and issue. We will review the problem and consider a reasonable alternative where available.
Updates
Accessibility work is ongoing. This statement may change as features are added or improved.
